How do I change plans?
Open Marketplace Lister inside Shopify Admin, then use Billing & Plans. Shopify Managed Pricing handles the public plan switch and approval flow.
What happens when the AI quota is used up?
Direct mapping still works. AI generation is blocked until the billing cycle resets or the store moves to a higher plan.
What is Customised Prompt?
Customised Prompt is a global instruction saved in LoficalAI++ Setting. It guides how the AI writes the listing description and is limited to 200 words. It is available on Pro and Pilot only.
Why can a store be on Pilot even though I cannot see it publicly?
Pilot is an internal plan used for selected test stores. It is assigned by Lofical and is not shown on the public Shopify pricing page.
Where should I ask for support?
Use the support contact shown in your Shopify App Store listing or your existing Lofical onboarding channel. For billing issues, include the store domain and the plan you expected to see.
What data does the app read from Shopify?
The app reads product data needed to assemble Marketplace listings and writes back product-level listing links when you save them. It does not access customer or order data.
