Lofical Marketplace Lister
Shopify seller workflow

Privacy

Minimal-data by design, with no customer-data workflow.

Marketplace Lister is designed around store product content, not shopper profiles. The app uses only the store and product information needed to build listing-ready output and operate quotas, settings, and billing state.

What the app is designed to use
Marketplace Lister uses Shopify product information, store profile information, and the listing links you choose to save back to products. That data is used to prepare Facebook Marketplace-ready fields and operate the app's plan and quota controls.
What the app does not collect
The app is not built to collect customer, order, or end-user data. We do not intentionally collect data from your shoppers, subscribers, or other end users. We also do not create a separate customer marketing database from this app.
Limited operational data we do store
To run the service, the app stores limited operational records such as the shop domain, AI settings, billing plan state, usage counters, and AI generation logs. These records exist to apply quotas, remember store-level configuration, and keep the embedded app functioning.
How AI processing works
When AI copywriting is enabled, product and store context required for the prompt is sent to the configured OpenAI model. The app is designed around product-facing content and does not require customer personal information for this workflow.
Permissions currently used
The app currently uses read_products and write_products so it can read catalog data and save product-level listing references back to Shopify. It does not request customer or order scopes for the current feature set.
Australian privacy approach
Lofical aims to follow the general Australian principle of collecting only what is reasonably necessary, using it for the disclosed app purpose, and avoiding unrelated secondary use. If the app's feature set expands, this statement should be updated to reflect that change.

Product-only workflow

We do not collect data from your customers or users.

We do store minimal merchant-side operational data needed to run the app properly, including settings, billing state, and quota usage.

Where possible, the app works from product and store information that is already visible in your catalog or store profile.
